| Manu Matthyssens: is founding partner of Solvint. Over the past 10 years as program manager, he has been responsible for designing various strategic purchasing and supply chain re-engineering and development programs with international top companies. Earlier, he built his Purchasing and Supply Management career within the Telecom and FMCG sector at Alcatel and Danone. Manu is a much solicited speaker and “business trainer” at seminars and in-company workshops. As strategy coach his strength resides in cross functionally challenging and upgrading existing strategies and plans, whilst ensuring the practical translation into the various purchase categories and supply chains. As trainer, he strongly focuses on turning theory and best-practices into the day-to-day practice and business realities of the participants. | Frank Rozemeijer : is partner within SOLVINT. In the past Frank was responsible for various strategic projects aiming at developing the purchasing function within large international companies. He is very passionate about purchasing and he mainly focuses on issues such as strategic alignment, corporate synergy, category sourcing and organisational structures, whilst not walking away from addressing leadership issues through personal coaching. He always combined his practice with academic work. Since 2007 he is NEVI professor Purchasing and Supply Management at the Maastricht University. Frank Rozemeijer is (co)author of many articles and several books (such as “Developing Sourcing Capabilities”,2005, Wiley) and as a result of this a much solicited speaker/teacher. He built a strong international reputation as trainer/facilitator in the area of strategic purchasing change management programs. |

| Filip Dhondt is founding partner of SOLVINT. Over the past 10 years he built significant experience as expert in the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management arena. He worked for several international top companies within the production and service industry. Nowadays, Filip primarily focuses on the “human factor”. He worked on several projects in the area of assessment methodology, competence and organisational development. Filip started his career as Purchasing Manager with the food concern Campina and Belgomilk. In those companies he stood at the heart of several strategic optimisation initiatives within the Supply Chain. Over the years he built expertise in a range of sourcing categories. Filip has strong affinity with FMCG and a powerful drive. He is an excellent coach, project manager and a true pragmatic. |

Kris Smet is partner with SOLVINT. He has been account manager for several strategic projects with international top companies in the area of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. He built his career in leading companies such as Atlas Copco, Fleetguard/Cummins and Telenet. Kris grew from Buyer to Responsible Supply Chain, Facilities, Buildings, Plant & Property and Aftermarket. Within these areas of responsibility, he has been able to demonstrate expertise in several strategic acquisition and integration projects. Kris is a dynamic and passionate professional who since joining Solvint successfully led projects in various leading companies and industries. |
